Production was a mess
We were under a lot of pressure, production was a mess and the magnitude of our problems was only discovered when our plant manager walked off the job. DeltaTRUE stepped in and without a doubt, saved the day. In just 2 days production was back on schedule and we had a prioritized list of critical actions to resolve. Within a week our production supervisor was working closely with Charlie to assume his new role of Plant Manager and within 30 days, our new energy from the plant had spread and we were well on our way to a completely new culture.
